Self Defense, is now available here in Colorado! Krav Maga is
the official Self Defense and Fighting system of the Israeli
Army. Specifically designed to be used by anyone, Krav Maga teaches
easy to learn self defense techniques based on your bodies natural
instinctive reaction to threats, and builds from there. Krav
Maga is not a Martial Art, there is nothing fancy or artistic
about what we do. Our classes are taught ONLY by certified Krav
Maga Instructors, our teaching methods and training drills are
guaranteed to get you proficient at self-defense fast. We offer

Krav Maga Force Training Division Training Facilities. Our Training
Centers are CERTIFIED to instruct ALL 5 of the Krav Maga Law
Enforcement Modules for both line Officers, Troopers, and Deputies
as well as for Agency Defensive Tactics Instructors. Krav Maga's
Force Training Division was not developed by martial artists,
or worse by commando wannabees. Krav Maga Defensive Tactics for
Law Enforcement was developed by both Officers and Deputies that

Conditioning, & Crossfit CrossFit is

The program
at the Colorado Krav Maga school in Broomfield is run by James
Hiromasa and Shannon Lukeman-Hiromasa. They are two of the finest
martial arts teachers that you could ever hope to find. They
really care about their students and offer a level of instruction
above and beyond what you will find at the traditional black
belt factory that can be found in most strip malls. |

is actually one of only a handful of black belts in the UNITED
STATES. He's great. We just had him fly down to Ft. Hood, TX
to help us with some military training...I highly recommend anyone
train with them any chance you get! |

I'm fortunate
enough to train under James and Shannon as well. Our classes
are absolutely exhausting, and I'm in the best shape of my life....where
we train we learn to defend and fight. James Hiromasa (lead instructor)
has been touted as one of the best instructors in the country
and John (Whitman) has said in another post that he is one of
the few black belts in the country; I'm proud to be under his
expert tutelage and to call him a friend. His wife Shannon is
also incredible, and there are other great instructors at our
school as well. |

I wanted to take a moment to thank you both for offering the
women’s self defense seminar. What an invaluable, empowering
experience! The Krav Maga training and conditioning classes I
attend are fantastic...
(There
was no way for me to prepare for other tragic events)...there
is, however, a way for me to arm myself with the knowledge and
skills to give myself one heck of a fighting chance should I
ever be physically/verbally threatened/attacked. It is with thanks
to the both of you, as well as John, Michelle and Shane, that
I continue to gain this confidence. |

maga. krav maga is an israeli based self defense system a reality
based self defense system. premier martial arts is sport karate
and karate in the mile high city and has karate, kickboxing,
jujitsu jiu jitsu ground fighting, weapons, and self defense.
